Stock codes are sorted by Stock Code A โ†’ Z, with up to 30 items per page. Enter a search term and click SEARCH or press Enter. Click Edit to change an item, then Save. Select Brand and Category from the lists or enter new values while editing. Click Save to commit edits online. All PCs share the same stock master.

Search Stock Code

Find projects that used a stock code in saved Proceed records.

Enter a stock code, item description, brand, category or specification to find recorded project usage.

Use Proceed Record after completing an order to save its project and stock usage automatically. Saved codes and descriptions remain searchable even if the stock master changes. Repeated saves create separate snapshots; deleting a record removes its usage from this search.

Items come from Manage Stock Code. The initial balance uses the existing Current Quantity, or zero if none is set. After the first movement, balances are maintained here through Stock In and Stock Out. Outgoing stock cannot exceed the available balance. Records are shared online.
